A character has a mental illness and plots to murder close
friends due to paranoia. She gets paranoid that her friends are talking about
her behind her back and laughing at her, she begins to hear voices and
convinces herself that her friends are plotting against her, she wants to
attack before they get the chance to. She has a pre thought out a detailed plan
on the murder, she become obsessed and consumed by the idea, whilst her friends
have no idea of her plan as her behaviour is practically the same, as they have
only slight suspicion. On the day she decides for her plan to take place,
someone discovers her written plan, ideas, blue prints, but she’s already at
the chosen location, so they have limited time to report her and find her
before she commits the crime. Is it too late?
To show the audience that she is insane and planning a
murder, close up on paper ideas she has, weapons, that are laid out on the
table she is sat at, she is at her computer doing internet research, close up
on her hand as she scrolls using the mouse, close up on the computer screen and
close up at her eyes with the computers reflection in them. (Psychotic voice
over)
A scene where she is watching her two friends for a
distance, sees them laughing, assumes that they’re laughing at her, she has an
angered look on her face until her friends notice her, she then proceeds to
walk with them, acting like nothing happened, she then suggests they go somewhere
later that evening.
